We will begin our examination of this classic work by Napoleon Hill, almost 100 years old, to draw therefrom the timeless information that has served and guided would-be Princes throughout time.  Many principles of success are, indeed, timeless and have not changed over the centuries despite advancing technology and politics.

We will start by examining what Napoleon Hill has described as the “Major attributes of Leadership” … essential for any Prince or Princes to master.

The major attributes of Leadership (#1 of 11):
1. Unwavering courage based upon knowledge of self and of one’s occupation. No follower wishes to be dominated by a leader who lacks self-confidence and courage. No intelligent follower will be dominated by such a leader for very long.
(from: “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill)

Success in becoming a “Prince” means and requires inspiring the confidence of others to help and support your own goals. Inspiring belief in others will enhance your chance for success exponentially … therefore, becoming a Prince also means becoming a leader.
