Success in becomming a Prince (or Princess) demands that the circumstances of your day, you week or your life never result in bullying, coersion or angry explosions. Be persuasive by virtue of the merits and rightness of your possition. I recently had the pleasure of meeting Shelby Yastrow, the former chief in-house legal council for McDonalds Corporation. His advice: When in doubt, always do what is right. Not what is legal, but what is right, even if it hurts. Doing so will cultivate admiration, respect and support in your followers.
